Monica, Ingrid, Ife and Chris are the close cosmopolitan collective that make up the band Nois 4. The year 2000 saw the release of their critically acclaimed debut album on the CANDID label 'Bom dia'. 'Gente' features the celebrated singer/songwriter GUINGA. Guinga is regarded as virtuoso guitarist and a rare first class composer from the Brazilian music scene. Guinga has gone on to record eight solo albums in Brazil and has built up a reputation as one of the country's most prolific and respected songwriters; having performed with Clara Nunes, Beth Carvalio, Gilberto Gil, Hermeto Pascoal and Caetano Veloso.
