One of the most innovative exponents of the art of the vibraphone, Philadelphian Walt Dickerson made a dozen or so LPs for various labels in the early 1960's. He did not venture back into the studio again until the mid 1970's when he record two albums for Masahiko Yuh's WhnyNot label - this album Tell Us Only The Beautiful Things, and Walt Dickerson 1976.
A true original with a unique sound and a distinctive approach to the vibraphone, this album from 1975 is free jazz experimentation at this finest.
